During different phases of my life I’ve enjoyed the running component of
fitness as much as anyone else. From biathlons, triathlons, tough
mudders, rugged maniacs to metro dashes, what I began to notice over
time was that the running component of my fitness training started to
breakdown my lower body over time. Because I enjoy the cardiovascular
component of fitness and given the pounding on the knees and lower back,
I was forced to look into alternate ways of training to mix things up,
something which mimicked running. Enter Foot Biking!
