Looking for an alternate to running long distance? Try Footbiking

During different phases of my life I’ve enjoyed the running component of fitness as much as anyone else. From biathlons, triathlons, tough mudders, rugged maniacs to metro dashes, what I began to notice over time was that the running component of my fitness training started to breakdown my lower body over time. Because I enjoy the cardiovascular component of fitness and given the pounding on the knees and lower back, I was forced to look into alternate ways of training to mix things up, something which mimicked running. Enter Foot Biking!
